"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous. talented, fabulous'. Actually, who are you not to be?... Your playing small does not serve the world...We are all meant to shine...It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." ~Marianne Williamson
An essential part of our purpose here on earth is ongoing growth, expansion, and evolution, both personal and collective. We are living in an extraordinary time of change, transformation, and awakening, marking a quantum leap in our evolution, especially for women and feminine energy. We are shifting from the disempowering beliefs and patterns that have often caused limitation, suffering, and disconnection to greater freedom and authenticity, as we step into and claim the power of who we were intended to be.
Times of change, while they can feel challenging with the uncertainty and the dismantling of old paradigms, also present us with a critical choice. Do we try to hold on to what was, to old beliefs and ways of seeing, and to our fears, or do we discover and embrace the new paradigms that are arising? We are being called to allow our higher wisdom to emerge, to see our identity from a new perspective and unlock new awareness, to make empowering choices, and to share our stories in a new way. As the heroines of our stories, practicing radical self-care, forging authentic connections, and opening to a broader perspective will keep us grounded and centered in our hearts during this period of change and transformation.
Part of this journey is personal, but we are not meant to do it alone. We have each other. We are also bound together by generations of women who came before us who did not know how to fully embrace their value and access their inner wisdom and by the generations to come, who will benefit from the courageous new choices we make and the empowering stories we tell. We are a part of something much larger than ourselves.
Let's believe that our healing and self-care matters. Let's believe that our awakening, light, and conscious choices matter. They matter for all aspects of our lives and the world, for the energy we each emit affects those around us and the collective energy of the world.
