Cancellation Policy

Sessions can occur via Zoom, phone, or occasionally in person. Bookings are in EST (Eastern Standard Time). Please book online ~ payment is due at the time of booking unless there is a special arrangement for otherwise. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged for the missed session unless a session is rescheduled within a week's time.
